Here is a great drill for those of you who struggle staying centered or swaying off the ball on your back swing. We did this a couple weekends ago at The Learning Center to help this college player improve her back swing. This drill is super easy to do and will work at helping you stay centered and not slide. Try it out at home or on your own range. Most gyms have these discs and you can practice it there if you don’t have any at home.
