|This is hands down one of my favorite drills or exercises to do in order to help people learn to not slide through the ball or hang back over their back leg. This is super easy and I have found it can help most people access their athletic skill to turn through the ball effectively and learn to use the ground (which seems to be a popular buzz word these days). So if you don’t finish on your front foot, you hang back, slide into the ball or don’t have much zip on the ball give this a try. |
Also note the big guy doing this is a lefty so switch it around!
