End of the PGA Season, plus Three Simple Stretches to Improve Game Play

Well, we’ve come to an end of another PGA Tour Season. A season unlike any other with its share of challenges and difficulties.  Kudos to the PGA Tour for pulling the season off amidst so much uncertainty. Really was a job well done!  We now after a week or so break head into a PGA Tour Superseason with some 50 events over the next season including 6 Major Championships.  The Safeway Classic in Napa kicks off PGA Tour 2020-21 this week in Napa Valley.  I am on my way there as I writing this.  Next week is the first major of the new season with a September US Open at Winged Foot.  Lots going on and there are sure to be plenty of Tour Coach Podcasts coming out during all of this.

Try these exercises before your next round

Here is a quick video Jackson Koert and I did for Golf.com.  These are 3 quick stretches to help get you ready to play golf.  If you read my newsletter, you know how important the fitness and performance side of golf has become to developing and improving players. Even if you don’t have lots of time before a round or before practice, these three simple exercises can help you!
