I’m sharing a couple videos here from the last week’s travels.
This one-legged back swing drill is from some work here in the Dewsweepers Downtown Studio in Mobile. I love one legged drills to help build stability in the trail leg and to develop the feel for getting properly turned behind the ball.
This one also is from some work in the Mobile studio. Mariane is one of the best students I have and does these drills religiously. This is a great exercise to improve the pressure shift into the front leg for better contact and more speed! Awesome if you always fall back going through the ball or hang back over trail leg too long!
