Exercises to Improve Your Golf Swing

I took two short videos with a group of young players in to work with Jackson, Morgan and me at the Learning Center.

I am a big believer in that your body doesn’t ever want to put itself in a position to hurt itself. Therefore, if you don’t have enough strength, stability or mobility in your right or left legs, you won’t allow yourself to get as much out of your swing as you would like.

Try these simple stability exercises to improve your ability to make a better back swing and more powerful through swing.  Age doesn’t matter anyone — can get better doing these!
