A few news and notes to share. First of all a special thanks to Golf Magazine and Golf.com for naming me once again to their Top 100 Teachers List. I remember back early in my career when working for Hank Johnson (a Top 100 Teacher) and how important and how much he valued being part of that elite group of teachers. I honestly never thought I would be part of that list, it seemed impossible and so far away.
I also want to congratulate Mark Hackett on once again being named as a Top 100 Teacher. It’s such a cool thing to be on his staff at Old Palm. I can’t think of another club with two Top 100 Teachers working together, as well as a staff that is as knowledgeable and accomplished as the Old Palm instruction staff. I’m proud to be part of it. There are thousands and thousands of wonderful coaches and teachers who do not get recognized. I am humbled once again to be named to their list and as always am proud to be part of that golf instruction fraternity! For the complete list and article please click here. Episode 6 of Pro Work presented by Bushnell Golf has dropped. This episode focuses on our work with Erica Shepherd. This project is a cool inside the ropes view of how our team works with players of all abilities and skill sets to improve their game. We have much more coming down the pike. These new episodes are so cool and the filming quality is like being in a movie theater. I really appreciate Ryan Snyder taking on the job.
I have published retreat and private instruction dates at Old Palm and the Old Palm Golf Studio. These programs are for anyone who wants to change their outlook, their swing, their process and their game. These fall and winter programs will be for small limited-sized groups. We look forward to welcoming Kolby Tullier, Aaron McConley, Dr. Greg Cartin, Dr. Scott Lynn, Morgan Hale, Jackson Koert, a host of my tour players and other special guests through this schedule.
